Mother Kelly Jacobs is an advocate against the NEXUS natural gas pipeline proposed to run through her neighborhood in Ohio. She successfully rallied her community to vote on an amendment to their town charter that would include a community bill of rights to block proposed pipelines and guarantee their right to clean air, water, and soil.
