Sandra Steingraber, of the We Are Seneca Lake movement, shares her experiences serving time in jail after trespassing onto the property of a company that was attempting to establish a fracked gas storage site on the shores of Seneca Lake. She writes about how most of the other women in jail for violating probation, highlighting the difficulty of motherhood, finding a job and securing housing for a family.
