Siosinamele Lui is the Climate Traditional Knowledge Officer based at Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme.  She has spent a decade working for the Samoa Meteorological Service, in particular the Geoscience and Oceans observations before working at S.P.R.E.P.
