Monique Harden, attorney and Co-Director of Advocates for Environmental Human Rights, speaks on Democracy Now! three years after the catastrophic BP Oil Spill, sharing environmental justice analysis of the impacts of the spill, and ongoing lawsuits and efforts for clean up and justice. Advocates for Environmental Human Rights is a non-profit public interest law firm.
