This is a joint report produced by AWID and the Solidarity Report, a result of studies conducted in early 2016 in São Paulo, Brazil. It includes an analysis of the effects that corporate power has on the lives of women, including women from the LGBTQI community, Indigenous and black women, human rights defenders, and female workers. The struggles of these women in defying big corporations is portrayed in the report, and the recommendations at the end mention the need to seek collective power through various social movements.
