Jacqueline Patterson is an activist with the NAACP for women and women of color. In her interview, she tells us how much intersectionality there is around climate change – it is a multiplier of injustices and is intrinsically related to civil and human rights. She recommends that people who want to start fighting climate change-related issues start locally, at a welfare’s group, or any type of group that attempts to diminish injustices for the most marginalized segments of society.
