Hailing from Rexford, Montana, Jessica Kilroy is a fearless rope-access technician who braves high winds and heights of 262 to 328 feet to keep the global wind industry in operation. Kilroy entered this line of work when brainstorming how to leverage her rock-climbing skills to support conservation efforts.
