In northern Tanzania, Esupat Loseku of Enguiki village and Leah Laiza of Ngarash village build clean energy cookstoves and install solar panels across their communities as part of their work with the International Collaborative Maasai Stoves and Solar Project. The Maasai women are able to earn a sustainable living from installations, while promoting the use of cleaner, more efficient cookstoves that improve local air quality and reduce adverse health impacts.
