As President of the Indigenous Women of Laramate organization in rural Peru, Magaly Garayar teaches ancestral farming techniques to combat climate change and improve food security. Through selecting healthy seeds, rotating crops to improve soil fertility, and effective irrigation, women are now seeing better yields that they sell in local markets.
