Kari Fulton is a powerful voice in the movement for environmental justice. A proud graduate of Howard University, Fulton is the co-founder of Checktheweather.TV, a digital community that amplifies the voices of young people of color working for environmental justice. She has worked at Green For All and also served as Interim Director of the Environmental Justice and Climate Change Initiative, and as the National Youth Campaign Coordinator for the Environmental Justice and Climate Change Initiative (EJCC). Fulton helped coordinate Power Shift 2009, the largest lobby day and youth summit on climate change in United States history. Fulton was included in Ebony Magazine’s 2010 Power 100 list.
