From The Women Seed Forum In South Korea: Providing Seed Heritage Of The People For The Good Of Humanity

Women farmers and seedkeepers from across South East Asia and East Asia gathered at a La Via Campesina network meeting entitled “The Women Seed Forum” in South Korea in 2008, producing a booklet of information documenting threats to regional women farmers and their traditional and Indigenous seeds, as well as examples of how women seed stewards are acting to protect and share their seed heritage.
